My way of working

People bring to me their concerns about such issues as their moods, relationships or work and together we explore through current experiences, memories, fears, dreams and fantasies what it might be that makes them feel stuck and gets in the way of their becoming fulfilled.

The work we do together moves between the present and the past and the conscious and the unconscious. It looks at habits of thought and being that may have been valuable at one time but may no longer serve so well. The process can access quite painful feelings but this can be liberating and lead to feelings of greater confidence, well being and a sense of being more control in of your life.

Practicalities

Each session lasts 50 minutes and I see people once or twice a week according to need. I operate a sliding scale for fees, between £30 and £50 per session. I occasionally see people on a lower fee where appropriate
